I just wanted to give a shoutout to the tech Chris who went out for this TU. He showed up early and called to run through his mental checklist of prep work to minimize time during the turn call such as locating and staging all equipment, finding the existing AP on site so he could swap it out for the BlueSocket we would be installing, and running any additional wiring.

Fernando was here yesterday to install a Cisco Meraki Firewall and it turned out to be an all day ordeal. I just want you to know how awesome he was!!!! What should’ve only taken him an hour or two turned into 8 hours due the separate networks that we have within our clinic. He had to talk to Toyos Clinic IT and Vision Group Holdings IT to figure out the complex manner in which our clinic is set up. I can not tell enough how helpful, polite, courteous and knowledgeable he was during this process. You are very lucky to have a great employee like Fernando!

Hi David – As you know, John Phillips was out today in Memphis working with Brinks. Unfortunately, the broadband circuit modem got fried by an electrical surge and they could not get done today. Brinks is opening a ticket with circuit vendor to replace the modem, and we will let you know when to reschedule, but probably next week. The Brink’s engineer, Mark Dunham, was very impressed with John and stated he was prepared and knowledgeable. Please pass on our appreciation for his good work. We would like for John to go back to Memphis when the modem has been replaced.
